Cunningham Family History

Picture
Andrew Cunningham 1843-1909
William C. Cunningham (1800-1881) was born in Ireland. He immigrated to West Gwillimbury, near Bond Head, now in the Regional Municipality of York. There he married Altha Eliza Lewis (1809-1883) in 1829.

The family appears in the 1851, 1871 and 1881 censuses of Wellesley Township. On the 1861 Tremaine map, they are shown on Lot 7, Concession 11 west of Hawkesville. He later owned land in Linwood.

Lisa Boos has been researching The Cunningham / Stone families for about 15 years. She would like to share her information with you and has agreed to have her work posted here on our site. She would like to find someone who has information to share.  She has also been researching the Landerkin and Bulmer families for about 15 years.
